Licensing
GeoWise IMF for ArcIMS is is based on the Moximedia IMF product. Anyone purchasing Geowise IMF for ArcIMS receives a license covering Moximedia IMF and the modifications made by GeoWise. The standard Geowise IMF licence is for single organisation use only. It is also restricted to non revenue generating web sites. Please contact us if you require a license for multi-organisation or commercial use.
IMF for ArcIMS Enterprise Licence allows a single organization to deploy an unlimited number of web mapping sites based on ArcIMS from ESRI. IMF can be installed on one or more servers at the same physical location. There is no extra charge for installation of IMF on development servers, or on separate production servers to support intranet and public applications.
Maintenance
The GeoWise IMF licence fee covers provision of the IMF software plus 1 year of free maintenance. This entitles the licensee to download any updates that are released during the maintenance period. It also includes access to the Moximedia On-line User Forum (available through the Resource Centre) which allows customers to submit details of any software bugs and also new ideas for the product.
Year 2 maintenance is chargeable and includes provision of access to the On-line User Forum.
Support
GeoWise can provide telephone and email support backed by an SLA for a standard installation of GeoWise IMF. We can also provide quotations for support of any bespoke IMF development that we do on your behalf.
